property leasing pipeline application we developed was first
prototyped in SharePoint 2010 against Access 2010, then migrated to
an ASP.Net 4.0/LINQ to SQL auto-generated application with
persistent customizations across builds using .Net Dynamic Data.
We implemented Run My Website TM for Manhattan's premier luxury
apartment rental building, Silver Towers, in a complete website
redesign for mobile, integrating the previously existing Flash site
in a search engine friendly fashion. Technically we
implemented HTML 5/jQuery template that works cross-browser AND for
mobile across a wide spectrum of devices. For the CIO and head
of Marketing, we performed a strategic search engine optimization
(SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) analysis across organic, Pay
Per Click and social media channels. With marketing, we
evolved the site to incorporate keyword rich content and metadata,
improved Facebook and Google+ visibilty. We integrated Google
Webmaster tools, Google Analytics, social media metrics and sharing
tools, and achieved an Alexa top 1% traffic ranking in the targeted

President served as director of information technology on the board of
this New York City non-profit organization run by busy professionals

New York Metropolitan area for worthy causes. We deployed our Run My Non-Profit TM platform on the site. With
this software, your members can create and maintain their own accounts
on your website (or request an account which is activated upon your
approval). Members maintain their own user account and profile
in your directory, even uploading photos if you like.
Administrators can maintain the website right through their web
browser. Run My Non-Profit also handles online event registrations, project and event content management,
multi-author newsletter generation and event/subscriber searching with email to custom search lists from your member directory.
